We ask all our clients to review the text for spelling, dates and placements and ensure it's all correct.
Once we receive a sign off, additional charges will apply if errors are found on the final piece.
We will only replace or refund if we made the error
All our acrylic products must be handled with care that includes our cake toppers. We do not offer free replacement if the item is accidentally broken from the client.
