FAQ

What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

For Wedding and Event Signage and decor, we do require a minimum of 6-8 weeks notice.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All our pieces are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL  We do our outmost to mitigate any errors made by sending free mockup/proof for custom text and layouts. We ask all our clients to review the text for spelling, dates and placements and ensure it's all correct.  Once we receive a sign off, additional charges will apply if errors are found on the final piece.    We will only replace or refund if we made the error 

All our acrylic products must be handled with care that includes our cake toppers.   We do not offer free replacement if the item is accidentally broken from the client.

  

When ordering online, we DO NOT reference back to email trails.  Please make notes within the online order if a special request is made (date requirement etc).  Unless it is a custom order, we will send the details within the invoice for review and approval.

Liquor and Bottle Engraving

We do not provide any liquor or wine bottles.   Clients need to bring them to us for engraving.  All our work is professionally hand etched or laser engraved.   Contact us to obtain a quote.

Can you Engrave my Logo?

Yes!  We ask that you send your logo via email to beyondengravables@rogers.com.  We would like to receive in the native file (ai, svg format).  If you do not have them in this format, our graphic designer, vector specialist can create (additional charges apply)

Do you offer Local Pick Up?

Yes, local pick up is available in Woodbridge, ON.  Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.  Please take special notice of our times and date for pickup.  We do not offer porch pick up.  Times and Date are subject to change.  Appointments are required.

If the time and dates do not work out for you, we suggest the shipping option.

Do you offer Same Day Engraving?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer same day engraving services.  All our work is done in our home studio.   If client is bringing in the product for engraving, our usual turnaround time is 2-3 days.   Depends on our current workload.

Do you Engrave Client's Products?

Yes!  We do offer products with engraving,  however if client brings the product in, our engraving rates will apply.   Contact us for a quote.

We offer special pricing when you buy our products.   Outside items do not reflect a lower engraving rate.  Our minimum charge for engraving outside products starts at $25 

Do you require a Deposit or Full Payment?

All orders must be paid in full in order for us to commence the process.  Deposits are only available if you are securing a date for a wedding or special event. (advance date booking)  Once we are ready to start the order, full payment is required.
