Due to the nature of our items.  Each piece is made for you.  We do not mass produce any item.   NO refunds will be granted.

If package arrvies late or damaged, please read our policy.

No refunds will be given if item arrives damaged or lost prior to claim investigation.   A claim will be filed and the receiver needs to cooperate with Canada Post in order to get a refund.   

If you require your item urgently, we suggest you repurchase and wait for the outcome of the original claim to be finalized by Canada Post.

Shipping - Damaged or Lost

All our items are insured while being shipped.  if you item arrives damaged or lost, we will file a claim.  We do not refund or offer a replacement while under claim investigation.  You could purchase again and once the orginial item claim is closed successfully with Canada Post, we will reimburse the amount.  

The receiver is an integral part to the claim investigation.  It is important you respond to emails or calls in order to finalize the claim.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  We do our outmost to mitigate any errors made by sending free mockup/proof for custom text and layouts. We ask all our clients to review the text for spelling, dates and placements and ensure it's all correct.  

Once we receive a sign off, additional charges will apply if errors are found on the final piece.    

We will only replace or refund if we made the error ​

All our acrylic products must be handled with care that includes our cake toppers.   We do not offer free replacement if the item is accidentally broken from the client.   

When ordering online, we DO NOT reference back to email trails.  Please make notes within the online order if a special request is made (date requirement etc).  Unless it is a custom order, we will send the details within the invoice for review and approval.
