Guest count is only a starting point. The number of names, heading size, layout, material, lighting, and viewing distance all affect the right seating-chart format. Share your list and venue so we can recommend dimensions or multiple panels.

Inquire before final details are ready.

Send your date, venue, and approximate scope first. We confirm availability and a production schedule for your order. Final guest lists and approved artwork must follow the deadlines agreed for your project.

Carry one design direction through.

A personal monogram, illustration, lettering style, or material finish can connect invitations, welcome signage, menus, and table numbers. Show us the pieces you already have so we can discuss how the new details fit.

Plan the setup, too.

Check the venue’s access times, display locations, stand requirements, and collection arrangements. Ask about acrylic base rentals where suitable.

Local delivery and installation serve Toronto, Vaughan, and select GTA locations, for signage orders of C$500 or more before tax and delivery. Hamilton is outside our service area. Large-scale signage installations start at C$1,500 before tax and delivery.
