Review spelling and details carefully—engraving will be done exactly as submitted.

Proof Policy: Proofs are sent for spelling review only; no format changes will be accommodated at this stage.
 
Backorder Policy for Standard Boxes
 
In the event that our standard boxes are on backorder, we will substitute them with a similar alternative. However, all orders placed on the same day will be packaged in matching boxes. If you place an additional order at a later time, we cannot guarantee that the boxes will match, as our standard packaging follows the envelope flap design.
 
Shipping Information:
All items are shipped via standard shipping with Chit Chats, a trusted partner of Canada Post and USPS. While we ensure timely dispatch, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your package is with the carrier. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing for a quote on expedited shipping with UPS or a comparable courier. Shipping upgrades are available upon request.
